TABATA – An intense, fast paced workout that will surely leave you breathless.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – A full body workout to help build muscle and conditioning your body for whatever life throws at you.

BOXERCISE – A fun and social form of exercise based around boxing.

WOMEN’S WEIGHTS – A ladies only class to help build muscle and tone up.

HIIT – High intensity interval training to get the heart rate high and speed up fat loss.

X-FIT – Combines strength and endurance training that forms a complete full body workout.
